Many of Felon Trump’s lies this week have merely been augmenting the previously told lies regarding FEMA and hurricane funds. There are a few reasons for this repetition:

• He’s unoriginal.

• He and his campaign believe these lies have achieved their goal and, in some cases, they have.

• He will never back down from anything, no matter how much evidence to the contrary he is presented with. (If you need any further proof of that, remember that he’s still holding onto the lies he’s told about election fraud and the “stolen election” with the tenacity of a coyote holding onto a rodent.)
